Casing guide device for overlap pile construction
The present invention relates to a casing guide device for overlapping pile construction, which has multiple guide holes for guiding a casing, is formed as an integral body so that drilling through the casing can be performed after simple on-site placement of the casing without the need for separate assembly, has improved durability by reinforcing structural rigidity, and includes a guide part formed at an entrance of the guide holes in a tapered or conical shape to facilitate the insertion of the casing or an auger into the guide holes. To this end, the casing guide device according to the present invention comprises: a guide part configured to have a constant height and composed of a first guide plate and a second guide plate that are positioned facing each other with curved surfaces formed continuously on one side to guide a casing, and a pair of closure plates connected to both ends of the first guide plate and the second guide plate; a support frame part installed outside of the guide part to support the guide part; and a guide unit installed to fit into a guide hole, and configured to have a tapered cross-section to make it easy to insert the lifted casing into the guide hole.
본 발명은 겹침말뚝 시공을 위한 케이싱 가이드장치에 관한 것으로, 케이싱을 가이드 하기 위한 다수의 가이드홀이 형성되고 일체형으로 구성되어 별도의 조립 없이 현장에서 단순히 거치한 후 케이싱을 통한 천공 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 구조적인 강성 보강에 의해 내구성이 향상되도록 하며, 가이드홀의 입구에 상광 하협 형태로 형성되는 안내부를 설치하여 케이싱의 삽입이나 오거 등이 가이드홀로 용이하게 삽입하여 시공할 수 있도록 하는 겹침말뚝 시공을 위한 케이싱 가이드장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 케이싱을 가이드 할 수 있도록 일측면에 호 형태의 곡면부가 연속적으로 형성되어 서로 마주보도록 위치하는 제1가이드판 및 제2가이드판과, 상기 제1가이드판과 제2가이드판의 양단을 연결하되 케이싱이 가이드 될 수 있도록 곡면형태로 형성되는 한 쌍의 마감판으로 이루어지고 일정한 높이를 갖도록 구성되는 가이드부; 상기 가이드부의 외측에 설치되어 가이드부를 지지하는 지지프레임부; 상기 가이드홀에 끼워지도록 설치되고, 상광하협 형태의 단면을 갖도록 구성되어 인양된 케이싱이 가이드홀에 용이하게 삽입될 수 있도록 하는 안내부; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
