Casing guide device for overlap pile construction
The present invention relates to a casing guide device for overlapping pile construction. The present invention is to provide the casing guide device, which is formed with a plurality of guide holes for guiding a casing, is configured as an integral type so that drilling through the casing can be performed after simply mounting in the field without separate assembly, and provides the construction of overlapping piles with improved structural rigidity. According to the present invention, the device includes: a guide unit including a first guide plate and a second guide plate positioned to face each other by continuously forming arc-shaped curved portions on one side thereof to guide the casing, and a pair of closing plates connected to both ends of the first guide plate and the second guide plate and formed in a curved shape so that the casing can be guided, and configured to have a predetermined height; and a support frame unit installed outside the guide unit to support the guide unit.
본 발명은 겹침말뚝 시공을 위한 케이싱 가이드장치에 관한 것으로, 케이싱을 가이드 하기 위한 다수의 가이드홀이 형성되고 일체형으로 구성되어 별도의 조립 없이 현장에서 단순히 거치한 후 케이싱을 통한 천공 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 구조적인 강성이 향상된 겹침말뚝 시공을 위한 케이싱 가이드장치를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 케이싱을 가이드 할 수 있도록 일측면에 호 형태의 곡면부가 연속적으로 형성되어 서로 마주보도록 위치하는 제1가이드판 및 제2가이드판과, 상기 제1가이드판과 제2가이드판의 양단을 연결하되 케이싱이 가이드 될 수 있도록 곡면형태로 형성되는 한 쌍의 마감판으로 이루어지고 일정한 높이를 갖도록 구성되는 가이드부; 상기 가이드부의 외측에 설치되어 가이드부를 지지하는 지지프레임부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
