Prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold component assembly type cast-in-place building
The invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold component assembly type cast-in-place building which is an assembly type building. As shown in figure 1, components are assembled to form a self-mold of a floor slab, a cross beam and a stand column, steel bars are bound in the self-mold, concrete is poured to form the floor slab, the cross beam and the stand column of the building, and the self-mold is composed of cast-in-place reinforced concrete and prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold building components, wherein the interiors and the tops of the floor slab, the cross beam and the stand column are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and the rest parts are made of the prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold; and walls, doors, windows, water, electricity and wind channels and the like are composed of prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold accessories. The prefabricated reinforced concrete self-mold building components are formed by taking the steel bars as frameworks and taking concrete as blanks through pouring of other molds, and are maximum blocks, convenient to manufacture, transport and assemble, of the self-mold and the accessories of the self-mold; and auxiliary fixing and supporting frames are not needed, assembly and cast-in-place are combined, standardized construction is achieved, the construction period is short, and the manufacturing cost is low.
预制钢筋混凝土自模具构件装配式现浇楼房是一种装配式楼房。如图1所示,组装构件形成一个楼板、横梁和立柱的自模具,在其中绑扎钢筋,浇筑混凝土形成楼房的楼板、横梁和立柱,其分别由现浇钢筋混凝土和预制钢筋混凝土自模具楼房构件两部分共同构成,其中楼板、横梁和立柱的内部和顶部由现浇钢筋混凝土构成,其余部位由预制钢筋混凝土自模具构成;墙体以及门窗、水电风通道等由预制钢筋混凝土自模具附件构成。预制钢筋混凝土自模具楼房构件是以钢筋为骨架,混凝土为胚料通过其他模具浇筑而成的,是自模具及其附件的便于制作、运输和组装的最大化分块;不需要辅助固定和支撑架,装配与现浇相结合,标准化建造,工期短,造价低。
