A track gauge adjustable ballastless turnout base plate fastening system comprises an iron base plate, an elastic base plate, a height adjusting base plate and a switch tie bolt, first long round holes are formed in the two ends of the iron base plate, second long round holes are formed in the two ends of the elastic base plate, and third long round holes are formed in the two ends of the height adjusting base plate; an eccentric sleeve is inserted into the first long round holes and the second long round holes, and the eccentric value between the center of a round inner hole of the eccentric sleeve and the center of the first long round hole is e; an anti-rotation boss is arranged at the upper end of the eccentric sleeve, a cover plate is arranged above the anti-rotation boss, a via hole is formed in the center of the cover plate, an anti-rotation groove is formed in the lower end face of the cover plate, and the anti-rotation boss is embedded into the anti-rotation groove; and a switch tie bolt sequentially penetrates through the via hole in the center of the cover plate, a round inner hole of the eccentric sleeve and the third long round hole and then is fixed to the switch tie, and the two ends of the iron base plate, the two ends of the elastic base plate and the two ends of the height adjusting base plate are fixedly connected to the switch tie. The eccentric sleeve is rotated by 180 degrees, so that the iron base plate is transversely moved by an eccentric value e, and the track gauge is adjusted.
