Ballastless turnout fastener system
The invention relates to a ballastless turnout fastener system. The system comprises an iron base plate, a under-plate elastic cushion layer, a under-rail elastic cushion layer, a heightening base plate, switch tie bolts, a gauge block and an elastic strip, wherein the iron base plate is a flat plate structure and an iron seat is arranged on an upper surface of the iron base plate; the under-plateelastic cushion layer is the flat plate structure and is positioned below the iron base plate; the under-rail elastic cushion layer is positioned between the upper surface of the iron base plate anda steel rail; the heightening base plate is the flat plate structure and is positioned below the under-plate elastic cushion layer; the switch tie bolts sequentially penetrate through the through holes in the two ends of the iron base plate, the under-plate elastic cushion layer and the heightening base plate and then are fixed with a switch tie; the rigidity of the under-rail elastic cushion layer is greater than that of the under-plate elastic cushion layer; the gauge block is arranged between the iron base and a rail limb of the steel rail; and the elastic strip is fixed on the iron seat and is buckled and pressed on the gauge block. The fastener system meets a requirement for low rigidity of a turnout zone, meanwhile, safe and reliable line operation can be guaranteed, and manufacturing cost and later-period maintenance cost of the fastener system are reduced.
本发明涉及一种无砟道岔扣件系统,包括:铁垫板;为平板式结构,且其上表面设置有铁座;板下弹性垫层,为平板式结构,且位于铁垫板的下方;轨下弹性垫层,位于铁垫板的上表面与钢轨之间;调高垫板,为平板式结构,且位于板下弹性垫层的下方;岔枕螺栓,依次穿过铁垫板、板下弹性垫层、调高垫板两端的通孔后与岔枕固定;且轨下弹性垫层的刚度大于板下弹性垫层的刚度;轨距块,设置在铁座与钢轨的轨肢之间;弹条,固定在铁座上并扣压在轨距块上。该扣件系统满足岔区低刚度要求,同时能够确保线路运营安全可靠,同时降低了扣件系统的制造成本以及后期维护成本。
