FORMWORK FOR BUILDING LATTICE BEAM SLAB AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING LATTICE BEAM SLAB USING THE SAME
To construct a lattice beam slab with no plastic remaining inside a reinforced concrete structure.SOLUTION: A formwork 10 is removed after concrete is cast so that no plastic remains inside a reinforced concrete structure. In order to make it easy to remove the formwork 10, the vertical cross-sectional shape of a head portion 12 buried in concrete at the time of casting is set to a shape based on an arc. Thus, when one side of the formwork 10 is lifted and rotated while being removed from the formwork, unnecessary friction or interference is prevented between the head portion 12 and a concrete surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造物の内部にプラスチックが残存しない格子梁スラブを構築する。【解決手段】コンクリートの打設後に型枠１０を撤去し、鉄筋コンクリート構造物の内部にプラスチックが残存しないようにした。型枠１０の撤去を容易におこなうことができるようにするため、打設時にコンクリートに埋没するヘッド部１２の縦断面形状を円弧を基調とする形状とし、型枠１０の一方の側を持ち上げて回転させながら脱枠する際にヘッド部１２とコンクリート面との間に無用な摩擦や干渉が生じないようにした。【選択図】図６
