The invention discloses a vehicle centering device and an automatic parking system. The vehicle centering device comprises a bearing table, at least two pushing assemblies and a control assembly, wherein the at least two pushing assemblies are oppositely arranged and fixed to the two opposite sides of the bearing table respectively; each pushing assembly comprises a telescopic mechanism; and the control assembly is used for controlling the two telescopic mechanisms to move by the same distance in the opposite directions at the same time. When a vehicle is parked on the bearing table and deviates from the center position, the control assembly can control the two telescopic mechanisms located on the two sides of the vehicle to move towards the vehicle at the same time, one telescopic mechanism abuts against the vehicle and pushes the vehicle to move till the other telescopic mechanism abuts against the vehicle, and at the moment, the vehicle is pushed to the center position. Therefore, by the vehicle centering device, the vehicle can be accurately moved to the center position of the bearing table, the collision probability of a carrying trolley and the vehicle in the follow-up carrying process can be reduced, and the parking efficiency can be improved.
