Ultra-large-volume concrete
The invention belongs to the field of concrete, and particularly relates to ultra-large-volume concrete. The ultra-large-volume concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 300 to 320 parts of cement, 70 to 80 parts of fly ash, 800 to 820 parts of sand, 150 to 250 parts of gravel with a particle size of 5 to 10 mm, 800 to 900 parts of gravel with a particle size of 10 to 25 mm, 50 to 60 parts of stone powder, 12 to 13 parts of an additive and 145 to 160 parts of water. According to the invention, the stone powder and the additive are added into the admixture; 50-60 parts of the stone powder is introduced, so the concrete has better workability; and in addition, a certain amount of a cementing material is reduced, so hydration heat is reduced, and the problems of cracks and deformation of the ultra-large-volume concrete are solved; and with to the additive, the initial setting time of the concrete is prolonged to 24 hours or more, the hydration heat of the super-large concrete in unit time is reduced, and temperature cracks and deformation of the concrete are reduced.
