The invention discloses a clamping type hydraulic pile breaking machine. The clamping type hydraulic pile breaking machine comprises a pile breaking machine body (1), breaking claws (2), breaking hammers (3), a first driving piece (4) and second driving pieces (5), wherein a plurality of breaking claws are arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the pile breaking machine body, and a controller is arranged in the pile breaking machine body; the breaking claws are bent to be of a cambered surface structure, the tops of the breaking claws are rotationally connected with one end of the first driving piece through rotating assemblies, the other end of the first driving piece is rotationally connected with the outer wall of the pile breaking machine body through a rotating assembly, and one end of each breaking claw is rotationally connected with the outer wall of the pile breaking machine body through a rotating assembly; the breaking hammers are embedded in the other ends of the breaking claws through the second driving pieces, and a plurality of breaking hammers are arranged on the breaking claws in a linear mode; and the first driving piece and the second driving pieces are connected with the controller. According to the clamping type hydraulic pile breaking machine, a pile head can be clamped and broken, and breaking and outward transportation of the pile head are facilitated.
