Composite steel slag activity exciting agent, preparation method thereof and steel slag cement
The invention relates to a composite steel slag activity exciting agent which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 2-7 parts of desulfurized gypsum, and one or more of 1-3 parts of ceramic tile powder, 1-5 parts of slaked lime and 1-5 parts of alkaline residue. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the materials according to the weight parts of the components of the composite exciting agent in the formula, and well mixing to obtain the composite exciting agent of steel slag micro powder. The steel slag cement is prepared by mixing steel slag micro powder doped with the exciting agent prepared by the invention with cement. Through the synergistic effect of the desulfurized gypsum and one or more of the ceramic tile powder, the slaked lime and the alkaline residues, the exciting agent has an obvious excitation effect on the activity of steel slag, and the compressive strength and the breaking strength of the steel slag cement prepared from steel slag micro powder doped with the exciting agent are improved. The component raw materials of the exciting agent are low in price, waste steel slag and waste residues are recycled, and economic, social and environmental benefits are optimized.
