The invention discloses a subway track plate fine adjustment system and method. The system comprises a track plate coordinate auxiliary measurement frame group, a total station and a plate adjustment mechanism, the track plate coordinate auxiliary measurement frame group comprises a plurality of measurement frames which are respectively fixed on different coordinate measurement points of different track plates for assisting the total station in coordinate measurement. The total station comprises a measurement module, a calculation module and a communication module, and is used for acquiring or setting design line type parameters, measuring coordinate parameters of the track plates by matching with the track plate coordinate auxiliary measurement frame group, and sending parameter adjustment information to the plate adjustment mechanism after comparison operation. According to the method, fine adjustment of the metro track plate is more visual, the deviation between the transverse direction and elevation of the four corners of the track plate and the design value can be directly measured and calculated, field workers can rapidly and finely adjust the track plates, the track plates are made to be within the design tolerance range, the absolute precision of track laying is improved, the track is smoother, and the work efficiency and the precision are greatly improved.
