The invention discloses a static and dynamic drainage consolidation construction process method for a deep and thick soft soil area, the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: leveling a site, paying off and partitioning; solidifying the shallow layer of the soft soil foundation of the in-field road area in situ; laying a vertical drainage system and a sand cushion layer; backfilling a soil filling layer; preliminarily putting into use and applying load; and backfilling to the designed elevation and hardening the pavement. Under the action of upper static load and dynamic load of the underlying soft soil layer, pore water is continuously discharged along the plastic drainage plate, the pore water pressure is gradually dissipated, the pore volume is reduced, the effective stress is increased, the shear strength index of the soil is improved, the post-construction settlement is obviously reduced, the engineering cost is reduced, and the method is safe and reliable. Soft soil does not need to be excavated when the surface layer of the roadbed is solidified in situ, the soft soil layer of an engineering site is fully utilized, the waste amount of sludge is reduced, and the economic and environment-friendly requirements are met. The construction period is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is saved. The social benefit is high and the economic benefit is good.
