The invention relates to the technical field of tunnels and underground engineering, and particularly relates to a construction method of an underground diaphragm wall penetrating through a foundation pit pipeline. The construction method comprises the following steps that lofting is conducted to mark the trend, the burying depth and the width of the pipeline; excavation is conducted according to the lofting result till complete exposure is achieved; the exposed pipeline is integrally wrapped with an annular partition piece, and filler is arranged between the annular partition piece and the pipeline; two guide walls are poured in the excavation direction of the diaphragm wall, and a diaphragm wall groove excavation space is formed between the two guide walls; soil bodies on the two sides of the pipeline and soil bodies below the pipeline are excavated through a grab bucket, and diaphragm wall grooves are formed; and steel reinforcement cages are put into the diaphragm wall grooves in the two sides of the pipeline correspondingly, concrete is poured, and the diaphragm wall is formed. The pipeline is wrapped with the annular partition piece and the flexible filler, the safety of the pipeline is ensured, the pipeline does not need to be suspended or transferred in the construction process, construction is easy and convenient, and efficiency is higher.
