The invention discloses a post-cast strip construction method. The post-cast strip construction method comprises the steps that a hole is formed in an existing concrete structure, and a first supporting table is formed in a first port of the hole; a prefabricated concrete slab is manufactured, and a first lap joint table is arranged on the edge of the prefabricated concrete slab; the prefabricated concrete slab is installed in the position, close to the first port, in the hole, so that the first lap joint table is in lap joint with the first supporting table; a first steel reinforcement framework is arranged in a space defined by the prefabricated concrete plate and the inner wall of the hole; the first steel reinforcement framework is connected with a second steel reinforcement framework in an existing concrete structure; and concrete is poured on the first steel reinforcement framework in the space, so that the concrete and the first steel reinforcement framework form a cast-in-place concrete plate. According to the scheme, the problems that the period is long and the construction cost is high in a cast-in-place construction mode of a support method can be solved.
