The invention provides a post-cast strip construction method. The post-cast strip construction method comprises the following steps that S10, supporting structures are erected on the two sides of a post-cast strip, and formworks are laid; and S20, beam and slab structures are constructed on the two sides of the post-cast strip in an overhanging mode. S30, a suspended formwork is arranged at the position of the post-cast strip; s40, after the structural strength of the beam slab reaches the standard, the supporting structure is dismantled; and S50, concrete is poured into the post-cast strip. According to the post-cast strip construction method, the beam and slab structures are constructed on the two sides of the post-cast strip in the cantilever mode, the strength of the beam and slab structures is improved, the beam and slab structures meet the strength requirement in the cantilever state, after the beam and slab structures meet the strength requirement, the supporting structures can be dismantled, and therefore the overall connectivity of a site is greatly improved, and the construction efficiency is improved. Subsequent work can be conveniently and alternately carried out; moreover, by dismantling the supporting structure in advance, the renting time of the supporting structure is shortened, and a large amount of supporting structure turnover material cost is saved.
