The CSIPs-steel concrete combined anti-seismic wall comprises a wall body, the outer side of the wall body is supported through a steel frame, a transverse anti-seismic unit is arranged on the wall body and comprises a first plate body, a second plate body and a plurality of sets of damping shafts, the second plate body and the first plate body are oppositely arranged, and two first supporting plates are arranged on the end face, facing the second plate body, of the first plate body; and second supporting plates are arranged on the second plate body, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are distributed in a staggered mode, the first plate body and the second plate body are connected with the wall body through shear bolts, and a waterproof filling layer is poured between the first plate body and the second plate body. The multiple sets of damping shafts which are horizontally arranged are connected between the two first supporting plates on the outermost side of the first plate body, the multiple sets of damping shafts are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, and damping rings located between the first supporting plates and the second supporting plates are arranged on the damping shafts. According to the CSIPs-steel concrete combined anti-seismic wall, vibration is slowed down in both transverse and longitudinal directions, the shockproof effect is improved, and the overall wall body is prevented from collapsing.
