The invention discloses a shield tunnel timed condensation backfill grouting material formula and a grouting process. The backfill grouting material formula comprises main grout cement mortar, quick-setting grout water glass and a time control grout aluminum chloride solution. Relative to 1m < 3 > of the main slurry, the addition amount of the quick-setting grout water glass is 0.5-1.6 L, and the time control grout aluminum chloride solution is 0.5-1.6 L under the control of time. Different from the grouting process in which single-liquid grout is injected into the wall of the duct piece at one time and double-liquid grout is formed by injecting two kinds of grout behind the wall of the duct piece and mixing the two kinds of grout, the grouting process is characterized in that quick-setting grout and time control grout are mixed before main grout is injected, and after the main grout is injected into the wall of the duct piece at one time, through the chemical reaction of the quick-setting grout and the time control grout, the setting time of the grout can be accurately controlled, it is guaranteed that pipe blockage caused by condensation is avoided in the injection process, quick setting is achieved within 0.5-2.0 hours, and the problems that the single-liquid setting time is too long, and double-liquid grout is prone to pipe blockage and difficult to control are solved.
