Molybdenum tailing concrete capable of replacing cement slurry and preparation method of molybdenum tailing concrete
The invention relates to molybdenum tailing concrete capable of replacing cement slurry and a preparation method of the molybdenum tailing concrete. The concrete is prepared from 216 to 240 kg of cement, 8.875 to 35.5 kg of molybdenum tailings, 620 kg of sand, 1445 kg of stones, 1.20 to 1.26 kg of a water reducing agent and 103.5 to 115.0 kg of water according to the weight per cubic meter. The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing the cement and the molybdenum tailings according to the ratio, uniformly stirring to form a cementing material, mixing the weighed water reducing agent with the cementing material, and uniformly stirring; sequentially adding the stones, the cementing material and the sand into the stirrer, and pouring into the stirrer for dry mixing; then adding water into the stirrer twice, and uniformly stirring the slurry to finish the preparation of the molybdenum tailing concrete mixture capable of replacing the cement slurry; vibrating the molybdenum tailing concrete mixture capable of replacing the cement slurry, and injecting into a mold to be formed; and finally, placing for demolding, and carrying out moisture-retaining curing on the formed molybdenum tailing concrete capable of replacing the cement slurry. According to the method, environmental pollution caused by tailing accumulation and tailing pond dam break can be reduced, waste utilization is achieved, and good economic and social significance is achieved.
