UHPC shell semi-prefabricated bridge pier connected through corrugated pipes and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a corrugated pipe connected UHPC shell semi-prefabricated pier and a construction method thereof. The corrugated pipe connected UHPC shell semi-prefabricated pier comprises a prefabricated pier shell with a thin-shell-shaped structure. A plurality of longitudinal steel bars and a plurality of annular stirrups are arranged in the shell wall of the prefabricated pier shell; each longitudinal steel bar extends downwards from the lower end of the prefabricated pier shell and is inserted into the bearing platform; corrugated pipes/grouting sleeves used for connection and used for fixing the longitudinal steel bars by filling grouting materials used for connection are arranged in the mounting grooves, where the prefabricated pier shell is arranged, of the bearing platform and correspond to the longitudinal steel bars. And a plurality of constraint stirrups for connection are arranged outside the plurality of corrugated pipes/grouting sleeves for connection. During construction, a prefabricated pier shell is manufactured firstly, a corrugated pipe/grouting sleeve for connection and a constraint stirrup for connection are arranged in a bearing platform, and then after the prefabricated pier shell is hoisted, a grouting material for connection is poured; and finally, concrete is poured into the prefabricated pier shell to form the pier. The weight of the prefabricated part is reduced, the steel bar structure is simpler, and mechanical processing and production are facilitated.
本发明公开了波纹管连接的UHPC外壳半预制桥墩及其建造方法,包括薄壳状构造的预制桥墩外壳;预制桥墩外壳的壳壁内设有若干纵向钢筋和若干环形箍筋;每一纵向钢筋均从预制桥墩外壳的下端向下伸出插入承台内;承台设置预制桥墩外壳的安装槽对应每一纵向钢筋均设有通过填充连接用灌浆料来固定纵向钢筋的连接用波纹管/灌浆套筒;若干连接用波纹管/灌浆套筒外设有多道连接用约束箍筋。建造时,先制作预制桥墩外壳,并在承台中设置连接用波纹管/灌浆套筒,以及连接用约束箍筋,然后将预制桥墩外壳吊装后,灌注连接用灌浆料;最后在预制桥墩外壳内浇筑混凝土形成桥墩。本发明降低了预制构件的重量,且钢筋构造更加简单,便于机械化加工生产。
