The steel pipe column and concrete beam connecting structure comprises a steel pipe column, wherein a horizontal supporting steel plate and a vertical supporting steel plate are arranged on the steel pipe column; a connecting section steel beam is arranged on the horizontal supporting steel plate; the steel pipe column is connected with a concrete beam through the connecting section steel beam; a plurality of threaded steel bar mounting seats and plain round steel bar mounting seats are arranged on the connecting section steel beam; the threaded steel bar mounting seats are arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the connecting section steel beam and are respectively connected with upper-layer threaded steel bars and lower-layer threaded steel bars in the concrete beam; and the plain round steel bar mounting seats are arranged on two sides of the connecting section steel beam and are respectively connected with plain round steel bars on two sides of the concrete beam. The steel pipe column and concrete beam connecting structure is convenient to construct, the strength of a connecting joint of the steel pipe column and the concrete beam is high, and distribution and stress of the steel bars are matched and are reasonable.
