The invention discloses a fixed prefabricated structure for closing a post-cast strip of a basement exterior wall in advance and a construction method thereof. The fixed prefabricated structure for closing the post-cast strip of the basement exterior wall in advance comprises a prefabricated cover plate, and further comprises a fixing mechanism, a base plate and bed mortar, wherein the fixing mechanism is used for fixing a prefabricated cover plate and the exterior wall, the base plate is located at the bottom of the prefabricated cover plate, and the bed mortar is located on the upper surface of the base plate. According to the fixed prefabricated structure, fixing mechanisms are arranged, namely, a prefabricated cover plate is fixedly connected to a waterproof pull rod with concrete left in a wall body through a screw, and therefore the installation firmness of the prefabricated cover plate is enhanced; and the left end and the right end of the prefabricated cover plate are provided with arc-shaped surfaces, so that the left side and the right side of the prefabricated cover plate are in smooth transition with the front side surface of the exterior wall, waterproof roll construction can be directly carried out in later period, and a waterproof roll internal and external corner radian treatment process is avoided.
