The outer wall construction structure comprises an outer wall, a structural plate surface, an aluminum alloy formwork, a fastening assembly and a supporting assembly. The outer wall is used for installing all parts; the structural plate surface is used for mounting the supporting assembly; and the structural plate surface is arranged on the inner side of the outer wall and connected with the outer wall. The aluminum alloy formwork is used for protecting the outer side face of the outer wall; the aluminum alloy formwork is arranged on the outer wall; the fastening assembly is used for fastening the outer wall and the aluminum alloy formwork; and the fastening assembly is connected with the outer wall and the aluminum alloy formwork. The supporting assembly is used for supporting the fastening assembly; and the supporting assembly is arranged on the structural plate surface and connected with the fastening assembly. According to the outer wall construction structure, on the premise that the perpendicularity and flatness of the outer wall are met, the outer wall K plate mold expanding space is reserved, a large amount of grinding and chiseling work caused by mold expanding is avoided, the progress is accelerated, and meanwhile a large amount of chiseling cost is saved.
