Intelligent masonry robot system
The invention provides an intelligent masonry robot system. A gripper device used for gripping bricks is arranged at the tool end of a mechanical arm, and a mortar extrusion device used for smearing mortar is further arranged at the tool end of the mechanical arm. The gripper device and the mortar extrusion device are integrally arranged at the tool end of the mechanical arm, so that the defects of a traditional masonry mode can be effectively overcome, specifically, a traditional process route that bricks are grabbed by a gripper, then conveyed to a mortar fixing opening to be smeared with mortar and finally conveyed to a masonry position to be subjected to masonry is adopted, and the process route is changed into a new process route that after the bricks are grabbed, the bricks are directly conveyed to the masonry position, meanwhile, the mortar extrusion device also follows the masonry position, mortar is directly smeared on the masonry position, and then the bricks are immediately placed on the mortar to complete masonry. The intelligent masonry robot system has the advantages that the building action is simpler, meanwhile, the mortar falling phenomenon can be avoided, and therefore the building quality and reliability can be effectively improved.
本发明的一种智能砌筑机器人系统,在机械臂的工具端不仅设置有用于抓取砖块的抓手装置,还设置有用于涂抹砂浆的砂浆挤出装置。本发明将抓手装置和砂浆挤出装置一体化的设置于机械臂的工具端可以有效的改变传统砌筑方式的缺点,具体的将传统“抓手抓取砖块后,再运送至固定砂浆口处涂抹砂浆,最后再运送至砌筑位置完成砌筑”的工艺路线,改变为“抓取砖块后,将砖块直接运送至砌筑位置,同时砂浆挤出装置也跟随至砌筑位置,将砂浆直接涂抹在砌筑位置,然后立即将砖块放于砂浆上完成砌筑”的新工艺路线。具有砌筑动作更加简单,同时能够避免砂浆掉落的现象,从而可以有效提升砌筑的质量和可靠性等优点。
