The invention provides a preparation method of an oxide structure ceramic-based hollow floating ball, which comprises the following process steps: (1) weighing oxide structure ceramic powder, conducting mixing with water, and adding a dispersing agent sodium polyacrylate; (2) pouring the mixture prepared in the step (1) into a ball-milling tank for ball-milling dispersion; (3) injecting the metered slurry prepared in the step (2) into a plaster mold, and performing 360-degree omnibearing rotation; (4) performing standing at room temperature, and then drying the green body at room temperature; and (5) continuously heating the naturally-dried hollow floating ball green body and conducting calcining to obtain the oxide structure ceramic-based hollow floating ball which has the characteristics of low density, high strength and high temperature resistance.
本发明提供了一种氧化物结构陶瓷基空心浮球的制备方法,其采用的工艺步骤如下:(1)秤取氧化物结构陶瓷的粉体,与水混合,并加入分散剂聚丙烯酸钠;(2)将(1)中配好的混合物倒入球磨罐中进行球磨分散;(3)将计量好的(2)中配好的浆料注入石膏模具进行360度全方位旋转;(4)室温下静置,然后将坯体在室温下干燥;(5)将自然晾干的空心浮力球坯体持续升温进行煅烧,得到氧化物结构陶瓷基空心浮球,具有低密度,高强度,耐高温的的特性。
