The invention discloses a pervious concrete pavement and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of road construction technologies, and the pervious concrete pavement comprises a plain soil base layer, a gravel layer, a lower pervious concrete layer, a pervious geotextile layer and an upper pervious concrete layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top; the water-permeable geotextile layer is laid on the upper surface of the lower water-permeable concrete layer, and the upper surface of the lower water-permeable concrete layer is gradually inclined downwards from the middle to the two sides in the width direction of the lower water-permeable concrete layer. The permeable geotextile layer has the gradient inclining towards the two sides of the road, so that rainwater can bring solid matter on the surface of the permeable geotextile layer to the two sides of the road surface structure, the solid matter accumulated on the surface of the permeable geotextile layer is reduced, and the permeable geotextile can keep high permeable efficiency within a longer time.
