The invention discloses a structure and a construction method of a segment prefabricated concrete T-shaped beam, and relates to the technical field of bridge engineering construction. The structure comprises a plurality of middle T-shaped beam segments, wherein first tooth keys are arranged at the two ends of each middle T-shaped beam segment; two end T-shaped beam segments, which are arranged at the two ends of the multiple middle T-shaped beam segments correspondingly, wherein second tooth keys are arranged at the ends, close to the middle T-shaped beam segments, of the end T-shaped beam segments; external pre-stressed tendons, which are connected with the steering blocks of the plurality of middle T-shaped beam segments in a penetrating manner; and internal pre-stressed tendons are connected with the plurality of middle T-shaped beam segments and the two end T-shaped beam segments in a penetrating manner. According to the structure, temporary tensioning is conducted on the middle T-shaped beam segments through the external pre-stressed tendons, the external pre-stressed tendons penetrate through the steering blocks to achieve permanent tensioning on the middle section, then symmetrical tensioning is conducted on all the T-shaped beam segments through the internal pre-stressed tendons, the construction quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the construction process is simplified, the construction cost is saved, and later maintenance and repair are facilitated.
