The temporary pile caps are each provided with a connecting hole in the length direction, and the temporary pile caps are arranged at the upper ends of the piles in a sleeving mode through pin shafts arranged in the connecting holes in a penetrating mode. The cross beams are steel members formed by assembling and welding double-spliced I-shaped steel or H-shaped steel.
