The lower portion of the cover beam is fixedly connected with the pier column, the arrangement direction of the cover beam is perpendicular to the direction of the bridge, the cover beam is a steel plate combination beam pier top cover beam or a light T-shaped beam pier top cover beam, a bridge upper structure is arranged on the cover beam in the direction of the bridge, and the bridge upper structure is a narrow box combination beam or a steel plate combination beam or a light T-shaped beam.
