The invention provides a deep foundation pit dewatering and drainage construction method. Wherein in the water interception step, a circle of steel sheet piles are arranged outside the range of a building main body for local water interception; the primary excavation step is to excavate a foundation pit and a pit-in-pit; in the secondary excavation step, a blind ditch is excavated in the base of the pit-in-pit; in the third excavation step, precipitation wells are excavated in the blind ditches; in the backfilling step, the pits in the pits, the blind ditches and the dewatering wells are backfilled with gravel layers; in the pouring step, a concrete cushion layer is poured into the pit-in-pit. 本发明提供了一种深基坑降排水施工方法,包括如下步骤:截水、一次开挖、二次开挖、三次开挖、回填以及浇筑。其中,截水步骤为在建筑物主体范围外设置一圈钢板桩进行局部截水;一次开挖步骤为挖掘基坑及坑中坑;二次开挖步骤为在所述坑中坑的基底挖掘盲沟;三次开挖步骤为在所述盲沟中挖掘降水井;回填步骤为对所述坑中坑、盲沟和降水井回填碎石层;浇筑步骤为对所述坑中坑浇筑混凝土垫层。本发明提供的方法优化并整合钢板桩截水系统、盲沟引流系统和集中明排系统,解决了单一系统降排水影响底板施工进度的问题,在承压水丰富的情况下经济有效地保证主楼范围内防水及混凝土一次性施工,不留设施工缝,从而实现后续工序的有序穿插。
