Method for reinforcing existing masonry wall in concrete prefabricating, splicing and assembling mode
The invention relates to the field of building construction and discloses a method for reinforcing an existing masonry wall by adopting a concrete prefabricating, splicing and assembling mode. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, treating a surface of a masonry, and drilling opposite-pulling connecting hole channels on the masonry by adopting a quincunx arrangement method; surfaces of a masonry base layer and a reinforced concrete prefabricated part are coated with an adhesive; a concrete prefabricated part is attached to the preset position of a surface of the base layer, and pressure is applied to a surface of the prefabricated part; after the used adhesive is solidified, a clamp is dismantled; lap joint treatment on horizontal distribution bars and vertical distribution bars reserved on the concrete prefabricated part is carried out; and grouting is conducted on the reserved hole channel, and meanwhile the anchoring connecting end is sealed. The method is advantaged in that a prefabricated part and an original brick wall are bonded into a whole through an adhesive and a prestress method, the static force and anti-seismic performance of the wall are improved, and an existing masonry structure has better bearing capacity and durability; only standard assembly is adopted in the construction process, on-site wet construction is greatly reduced, cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,公开了一种采用混凝土预制拼接装配方式加固既有砌体墙的方法,包括:首先对砌体表面进行处理,在砌体上采用梅花形布置方法设置钻对拉连接孔道;将胶粘剂涂刷于砌体基层及钢筋混凝土预制件表面;将混凝土预制件贴于基层表面预定位置,并对预制件表面施压;待所使用的胶粘剂固化,拆除夹具;将混凝土预制件预留的水平分布筋和竖向分布筋进行搭接处理;对预留孔道进行注浆,同时对锚固连接端进行封口处理。本发明利用胶粘剂及预应力方法使预制件与原砖墙粘结为一体,提高墙体静力与抗震性能,使既有砌体结构具有更好的承载能力、耐久性;施工过程仅采用标准化装配,大幅减少现场湿作业,降低成本,节约工期。
