The clamping device comprises a U-shaped clamp and a connecting sleeve; the adjustable shading plate comprises a fixed plate, a first telescopic plate, a second telescopic plate and a third telescopic plate; the driving device comprises a stand column, a guide sleeve, a guide column, a motor and a gear; and the controller is in control connection with the motor. Compared with the prior art, the device has the beneficial effects that according to the sunlight angle, the controller sends a signal to the motor, the motor controls the extending length of the guide column, and then the extending length of the third telescopic plate is controlled, so that the extending length of the adjustable sun shield shielding the SF6 meter can be controlled according to the sunlight angle.
