Prefabricated assembly type bridge deck structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type bridge deck structure which comprises prefabricated beam bodies and prefabricated connecting beams. The prefabricated beam bodies are arranged in parallel in the transverse direction of the bridge, and a construction gap is reserved between every two adjacent prefabricated beam bodies; the prefabricated connecting beam is erected above the construction gap between the two adjacent prefabricated beam bodies and covers the construction gap; transverse steel bars are arranged in the prefabricated connecting beams in a penetrating mode, are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bridge and are distributed in parallel at intervals. Vertical steel bars are reserved on the top surface of the prefabricated beam bodies, and the vertical steel bars and the transverse steel bars are correspondingly welded or bound; and a cast-in-place concrete layer covers the prefabricated beam bodies, the prefabricated connecting beams, the vertical steel bars and the transverse steel bars. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated assembly type bridge deck structure. Wet joint setting and effective connection between prefabricated beam bodies can be completed without formwork supporting, a bridge deck structure forms a unified whole, good force transmission between the beam bodies is achieved, and the stress performance and the anti-seepage performance of the bridge are guaranteed.
