The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type bridge deck slab waterproof structure which comprises a bridge deck slab, a water stop strip and joint filling glue. The adjacent bridge deck slabs are spliced and connected through mortise and tenon structures to form the prefabricated bridge deck slabs. Notches are formed in the upper ends of the two sides of the bridge deck slabs, and grooves are formed in the upper ends of the adjacent bridge deck slabs after assembly; the water stop strip is arranged in the groove and comprises a waterproof base layer, a hose, asphalt and polyurethane foam; the waterproof base layer is painted on the inner surface of the groove; the hose is arranged in the groove and is in close contact with the waterproof base layers on the two sides of the groove; the polyurethane foam is arranged in the hose, so that certain pressure exists in the hose; the asphalt is filled in the groove to wrap the hose; the gap between the adjacent bridge deck slabs is filled with the gap filling glue, the bottom face of the gap filling glue is flush with the bottom face of the prefabricated bridge deck slab, and the top face of the gap filling glue is flush with the bottom face of the groove. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated bridge deck slab waterproof structure. The waterproof coating has good waterproofness and durability.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式桥面板防水结构，其包括桥面板、止水条、填缝胶；桥面板有多个，相邻桥面板通过卯榫结构拼装连接形成预制装配式桥面板；桥面板两侧上端设置有切口，拼装后，相邻桥面板的上端形成凹槽；止水条置于凹槽内，其包括防水基层、软管、沥青和聚氨酯泡沫；所述防水基层涂刷于凹槽内表面；软管置于凹槽内，与凹槽两侧的防水基层紧密接触；聚氨酯泡沫置于软管内，使软管内具有一定的压力；沥青填充于凹槽内，将软管包裹；填缝胶满填相邻桥面板之间的缝隙，且填缝胶的底面与预制装配式桥面板底面齐平，填缝胶的顶面与凹槽底面齐平。本发明还公开了一种预制装配式桥面板防水结构的施工方法。本发明具有良好的防水性和耐久性。
