The invention relates to a modified epoxy zinc-based coating reinforcing steel bar and a preparation method thereof. The modified epoxy zinc-based coating reinforcing steel bar comprises a reinforcing steel bar steel matrix, the reinforcing steel bar steel matrix and a modified epoxy zinc-based coating are sequentially arranged on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar steel matrix upwards, and a surface layer can be arranged on the surface of the modified epoxy zinc-based coating. 本发明涉及一种改性环氧锌基涂层钢筋及其制备方法,包括钢筋钢铁基体,钢筋钢铁基体表面向上依次为钢筋钢铁基体、改性环氧锌基涂层,改性环氧锌基涂层表面还可以有一层面层。其冷却区采用分段冷却形式进行,即固化后环氧锌基涂层钢筋降温时不直接采用现有冷水一次喷淋方式,而是高温区、中温区和低温区共三个冷却区段进行,实现逐级冷却、平稳降温;采用添加超支化环氧树脂1%~9%、0.1~1%抗氧剂、0.1%~0.5%紫外光吸收剂、光稳定剂0.1%~1%,且不含有酚醛环氧树脂、固化促进剂对现有环氧锌基粉末涂料改性,提高粉末涂料的抗高温氧化性能,整个制备工艺与现有工艺贴合,冷却方式便捷、可行、高效,显著提升了涂层钢筋质量性能。
