The invention discloses a roof unit, a roof system and a building. The roof unit comprises a support, roof glass, a shielding part and a light-emitting part, wherein the support comprises a first support body and a second support body, the second support body and the first support body are arranged in a spaced mode, a light-transmitting space is formed between the second support body and the first support body, the roof glass is connected to the first support body and the second support body, located in the light-transmitting space and used for covering an opening of the light-transmitting space, and the shielding part is connected to the side, away from the light-transmitting space, of the first support body; the shielding part is provided with a first surface, at least part of the first surface forms a reflective surface, the light-emitting part is arranged on the first frame body, and a light-emitting end of the light-emitting part faces the reflective surface. The roof unit provided by the embodiment of the invention has functions of space partition, daytime natural lighting, roof surface uniform lighting, building interior lighting and the like, and can realize a simple effect of the roof, so design and construction of the whole building can be simplified, and design and construction difficulty and cost of the whole building are reduced.
