To reduce mainly time and labor for assembling a roof unit in a construction site, the number of trucks transporting roof unit components to a construction site, and the number of times of hanging by a crane in the construction site and the like.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a roof unit 4 arranged on an upper part of a building body 5 with a rectangular shape in plan view. The roof unit 4 comprises: a frame structure 27 including: two column materials 21; two connection materials 22; four horizontal lower beams 23,24; one upper beam 25; and two sloped beams 26. The frame structure 27 comprises: a pair of rigidly joined frame bodies 28 which are formed of the lower beam 23 with the sloped beam 26 rigidly joined together between the column material 21 and the connection material 22. In the pair of rigidly joined frame bodies 28, the two lower beams 24 are connected via pin-connection between lower end portions of the column materials 21 and between lower end portions of the connection materials 22, and the upper beam 25 is connected via pin-connection between upper end portions of the column materials 21. An upper end face of the connection material 22 is made to be a sloped face 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】主に、建築現場での屋根ユニットの組立ての手間や、建築現場へ輸送するトラックの台数や、建築現場などでのクレーンによる吊り上げ回数などを削減し得るようにする。【解決手段】平面視矩形状をした建物本体5の上部に設置される屋根ユニット4に関する。2本の柱材21と、2個の連結材22と、水平な4本の下梁23,24と、1本の上梁25と、2本の傾斜梁26と、を有する枠構造体27を備えている。枠構造体27は、柱材21と連結材22との間に、下梁23と傾斜梁26とを剛接合してなる一対の剛接合枠体28を備えている。一対の剛接合枠体28は、柱材21の下端部間および連結材22の下端部間に、2本の下梁24が、ピン接合によって連結されていると共に、柱材21の上端部間に、上梁25が、ピン接合によって連結されている。連結材22は、上端面が傾斜面29となっている。【選択図】図2
