The invention discloses a movable trolley for bridge guardrail formwork assembly and disassembly and a construction method thereof. The movable trolley comprises a tire type walking chassis and a hanging basket which are arranged on the two sides of a guardrail formwork to be mounted and dismounted respectively, a cargo carrying platform is arranged on the tire type walking chassis, the cargo carrying platform is connected with a horizontally-arranged cantilever beam through a first support, the hanging basket is also connected to the cantilever beam through a second support, a crane is installed above the cantilever beam through a third support, the crane is located above the guardrail formwork to be mounted and dismounted, and the cargo carrying platform is used for containing the guardrail formwork needing to be mounted or dismounted. By means of the walking function of the tire type walking chassis, a formwork is conveyed to a construction position needed by a concrete wall body in a pipe ditch, then a chain block is used for assisting formwork installation personnel in adjusting the height of the formwork, and formwork installation and reinforcement work is completed. In a limited working plane, the formwork mounting position is accurate, the formwork mounting and dismounting time is shortened, the construction quality is improved, and the engineering cost is reduced.
