The technical problem to be solved is to provide the energy-saving and environment-friendly riverway garbage cleaning machine which is relatively good in filtering effect. In order to achieve the aim, the energy-saving and environment-friendly riverway garbage cleaning machine comprises: two bottom plates; a motor which is arranged on the bottom plate on one side; roller rods which are arranged on one side of the bottom plate; first rotating wheels, wherein the two sides of the roller rods are rotationally connected with the first rotating wheels; a first belt which is arranged between one sides of the first rotating wheels; a plurality of fishing frames which are arranged on the first belt; a conveying assembly which is connected between an output shaft of the motor and the first rotating wheels on one side; an isolation mechanism which is arranged between the bottom plates; and a collecting mechanism is arranged on one sides of the bottom plates. Through the effect of the conveying mechanism, the materials can be automatically conveyed.
