The invention discloses a pile hole protection device of photovoltaic miniature cast-in-place pile. The pile hole protection device comprises a plugging shell used for plugging an opening of a pile hole, the plugging shell is provided with a containing cavity with an upward opening, the containing cavity is used for containing a heavy object, and the plugging shell comprises a matching ring wall used for being tightly matched with the opening of the pile hole so that the pile hole can form a closed space, the diameter of the matching ring wall is gradually reduced from top to bottom; an annular supporting plate is connected to the edge of the upper end of the plugging shell and used for being supported on the opening edge of the pile hole opening. After the pile hole protection device blocks the hole opening of the pile hole, under the action of a bearing object in the containing cavity, the matching ring wall of the blocking shell is tightly matched with the hole opening of the pile hole, rain, dust, organisms and the like are prevented from falling into the pile hole, and therefore blocking of the pile hole is avoided, preparation is made for the next procedure, and the construction efficiency is improved; and after a bearing object is placed in the containing cavity, the pile hole protection device is not prone to being scraped away, in this way, the pile hole can be effectively protected, repeated utilization can be achieved, and cost is reduced.
