The invention discloses a joint plugging device of a prefabricated part and a plugging method thereof. The device comprises a hoop structure, the hoop structure comprises a plurality of seam shielding plates which are used for shielding a seam and are connected end to end, each seam shielding plate is provided with a head end and a tail end which are opposite, the head end is connected with a connecting plug, a sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the tail end, the inserting heads are arranged in the sliding grooves in the tail ends of the adjacent seam shielding plates in a sliding mode, a plurality of lock holes are formed in the tail ends, and the lock holes are formed in the length directions of the seam shielding plates at intervals of 50 mm; elastic caulking strips which are used for blocking the seam opening of the seam, and the seam shielding plate is mounted on the inner side of each seam shielding plate; and a lock rod which is elastically mounted at the head end and is movably inserted into one lock hole so as to lock the adjacent seam shielding plate. The method solves the problems of poor joint plugging quality, low construction efficiency and the like between the prefabricated parts, avoids the hidden dangers of bin explosion and slurry leakage in joint grouting, and can be used for plugging the joints of the prefabricated parts with different types (prefabricated walls, columns and the like) and different section sizes.
本发明公开了一种预制构件的接缝封堵装置及其封堵方法，该装置包括：套箍结构，包括用于遮蔽所述接缝且首尾相接的多个遮缝板，所述遮缝板具有相对的头端和尾端，所述头端连接有插接头，所述尾端的内侧开设有滑槽，插接头滑设于相邻的遮缝板的尾端的滑槽中，所述尾端开设有多个锁孔，多个锁孔沿所述遮缝板的长度方向间隔50mm设置；用于封堵所述接缝的缝口的弹性嵌缝条，每一所述遮缝板的内侧安装有所述遮缝板；以及锁杆，弹性安装于所述头端且可活动地插设于一所述锁孔中以锁定相邻的所述遮缝板。本发明解决了预制构件之间的接缝封堵质量差、施工效率低等问题，规避了接缝灌浆爆仓、漏浆隐患，可用于不同类型(预制墙、柱等)、不同截面尺寸的预制构件接缝封堵问题。
