Recycled aggregate production system
The invention provides a recycled aggregate production system. The recycled aggregate production system comprises a primary crushing device, a magnetic separation device, a secondary crushing device, a tertiary crushing device, a screening device, a cleaning device and a dehydration device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the primary crushing device is used for carrying out primary shaping crushing on construction waste; the magnetic separation device attracts magnetic metal in the construction waste through magnetic force, so that the magnetic metal is separated from the construction waste; the secondary crushing device is used for carrying out secondary shaping and crushing on the construction waste; the tertiary crushing device is used for carrying out tertiary shaping and crushing on the construction waste; the screening device is used for screening the construction waste according to the size of the construction waste, so that the construction waste is screened into aggregates of different specifications; the cleaning device is used for washing the aggregate to remove dust in the aggregate; and the dehydration device is used for dehydration the aggregate to obtain relatively dry aggregate. The construction waste is screened through using the screening device, and recycled aggregate with good quality can be obtained.
本发明提供了一种再生骨料生产系统，包括依次设置的初步破碎装置、磁选装置、再次破碎装置、三次破碎装置、筛选装置、清洗装置以及脱水装置；初步破碎装置用以对建筑垃圾进行初步整形破碎；磁选装置通过磁力吸引建筑垃圾中的磁性金属，使得磁性金属与建筑垃圾分离；再次破碎装置对建筑垃圾进行再次整形破碎；三次破碎装置对建筑垃圾进行三次整形破碎；筛选装置根据建筑垃圾的尺寸对建筑垃圾进行筛选，使得建筑垃圾筛分成不同规格的骨料；清洗装置对骨料进行水洗，洗去骨料中的粉尘；脱水装置对骨料进行脱水，得到较为干燥的骨料。通过筛选装置对建筑垃圾进行筛分，能够得到品质较好的再生骨料。
