To provide a recycled aggregate containing hazardous components having been insolubilized, by using a bottom ash generated by firing of a circulation layer boiler, containing harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, arsenic, boron or selenium.SOLUTION: A recycled aggregate 1 comprises a nuclear particle 2 containing a bottom ash generated by operating a circulation layer boiler which uses a particulate substance as a fluid medium, covered with a covering layer 3 comprising a covering material containing asphalt. The bottom ash-containing nuclear particle 2 is covered with the covering layer 3 comprising the asphalt-containing covering material, hence harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, arsenic, boron or selenium, contained in the bottom ash can be insolubilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】六価クロム、砒素、硼素又はセレンなどの有害物質を含有する、循環流動層ボイラの燃焼によって発生するボトムアッシュを用いて、有害成分が不溶化された再生骨材を提供すること。【解決手段】再生骨材1は、粒子状物質を流動媒体とする循環流動層ボイラの運転によって発生するボトムアッシュを含む核粒子2に、アスファルトを含有する被覆材からなる被覆層3が被覆される。ボトムアッシュを含む核粒子2は、アスファルトを含有する被覆材からなる被覆層3によって被覆されているため、ボトムアッシュに含有される六価クロム、砒素、硼素又はセレンなどの有害成分を不溶化することができる。【選択図】図2
