The invention discloses a building outer wall suspension construction device, which takes a building outer wall and a beam perpendicular to the outer wall as installation acting points and comprises a cross beam, a hanging basket is hung at one end of the cross beam, the other end of the cross beam is connected with a rear pull rod, a front supporting column perpendicular to the cross beam is arranged in the middle of the cross beam, the lower end of the front supporting column is connected with a first sliding mechanism, and a first guide rail matched with the first sliding mechanism is arranged at the top end of the outer wall; the tail end of the rear pull rod is connected with a second sliding mechanism, rear supporting columns are fixedly connected to the beam, and the top ends of the rear supporting columns are connected with second guide rails matched with the second sliding mechanism; the first guide rail provides upward supporting force for the first sliding mechanism, and the second guide rail provides downward supporting force for the second sliding mechanism; and each sliding mechanism can synchronously and horizontally slide along the corresponding paired guide rail so as to drive the hanging basket to move in the horizontal direction. The hanging basket is high in stability in the translation process in the horizontal direction, the guide rails are not prone to being stuck, and practicability is high.
