The invention provides a special binding material suitable for anti-segregation type filling of coarse tailings. A base material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of puffed corn starch, 10-20 parts of photosensitive groups, 2-6 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate and 5-10 parts of a hydrophobic stabilizer, wherein the adhesive layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of epoxidized soybean oil fatty acid methyl ester, 15-25 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 6-10 parts of an initiator and 2-4 parts of a curing agent. The base material is prepared by combining the puffed corn starch and the photosensitive group, so that the base material not only has biodegradability, but also has photodegradability, and the base material of the adhesive tape has excellent degradability no matter the base material is positioned on the ground surface or buried underground; besides, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by combining epoxidized soybean oil fatty acid methyl ester and epoxidized soybean oil, so that after the base material is degraded, the pressure-sensitive adhesive does not pollute the environment, and the overall environmental protection performance of the adhesive tape is good.
本发明提供了一种适用于粗尾砂防离析型充填专用胶凝材料,所述基材由以下重量份的成分制备而成:膨化玉米淀粉70‑90份、光敏基团10‑20份、六偏磷酸钠2‑6份、疏水稳定剂5‑10份;所述胶黏层由以下重量份的成分制备而成:环氧大豆油脂肪酸甲酯50‑70份、环氧大豆油15‑25份、引发剂6‑10份、固化剂2‑4份。本发明的基材通过膨化玉米淀粉与光敏基团组合制成,进而使基材不仅具有生物降解性能,而且还具有光降解性能,无论是位于地表还是掩埋与地下,胶带的基材均具有优良的降解性能,且压敏胶通过环氧大豆油脂肪酸甲酯与环氧大豆油组合制成,在基材降解后,压敏胶不污染环境,进而使胶带的整体环保性能好。
