Elastic mortar for building external wall and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to elastic mortar for a building external wall and a preparation process thereof. The elastic mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of dispersible latex powder, 450 to 550 parts of 425 cement, 1 to 3 parts of short fibers, 5 to 10 parts of wood fibers, 2 to 5 parts of MC, 450 to 500 parts of quartz sand and 500 to 550 parts of waterproof elastic emulsion. In the preparation process of the waterproof elastic emulsion, the waterproof elastic emulsion is prepared by adding a mixed solution and an aqueous solution of an initiator, and carbon-carbon double bonds at two ends of a reaction monomer can be polymerized with double bonds of the acrylate monomer in the reaction process to generate micro-crosslinking, so that the prepared waterproof elastic emulsion has the advantages of both the polyurethane and the acrylate emulsion, and no organic solvent is used, and thus pollution to the environment is prevented.
本发明涉及一种建筑外墙用弹性砂浆及其制备工艺,包括如下重量份原料:15‑25份可分散乳胶粉,450‑550份425水泥,1‑3份短纤维,5‑10份木质纤维,2‑5份MC,450‑500份石英砂,500‑550份防水弹性乳液;防水弹性乳液在制备过程中通过加入混合液和引发剂的水溶液,制备出防水弹性乳液,反应过程中反应单体上两端的碳碳双键能够与丙烯酸酯单体的双键发生聚合,产生微交联,制备出防水弹性乳液兼具聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯乳液的优点,而且未使用有机溶剂,防止对环境造成污染。
