The invention relates to the technical field of scaffolds, and discloses a scaffold fastener tightening torque monitoring device. The monitoring device comprises a shell which is equipped with a containing groove used for containing a fastener nut, wherein a through hole allowing a fastener bolt to penetrate through is formed in the bottom of the containing groove, and the bottom of the containing groove is arranged between the fastener nut and a scaffold fastener; an information acquisition module which is arranged in the groove bottom and is used for acquiring the voltage change information when the fastener nut extrudes the groove bottom; a control module which is arranged in the shell, is electrically connected with the information acquisition module, and calculates the tightening torque of the scaffold fastener according to the voltage change information acquired by the information acquisition module; and an alarm module which is electrically connected with the control module, wherein when the tightening torque of the scaffold fastener exceeds a preset threshold range, the control module controls the alarm module to give an alarm. According to the present invention, the tightening torque of the scaffold fastener can be measured in real time in the scaffold mounting and pouring process, the automation degree is high, and the alarm can be given out when the tightening torque exceeds the preset threshold value range, so that the potential safety hazards are reduced.
