Aluminum ash light brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aluminum ash light brick and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum ash light brick is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of aluminum ash, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of mineral powder and 1-3 parts of auxiliaries. After the aluminum ash is subjected to ball milling and screening to an appropriate particle size, the aluminum ash is evenly mixed with the fly ash, the mineral powder and the auxiliaries; the mixture is poured into a grinding tool, and compression molding is performed through a static press; and demolding, sintering and cooling are performed to obtain the light brick with lower density and uniform size. Compared with a traditional clay brick, the light brick with the aluminum ash as the main raw material has lower density and higher strength, can effectively reduce the load bearing of a building, and has good heat preservation and sound insulation effects due to the uniform pore structure of the light brick; therefore, the brick can be used as a novel building material instead of clay bricks or common light bricks to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种铝灰轻质砖及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制得:50‑70份的铝灰、15‑20份的粉煤灰、20‑30份的矿粉和1‑3份的助剂,通过对铝灰球磨筛分后,得到合适的粒径,再与粉煤灰、矿粉、助剂混合均匀;然后倒入磨具中,通过静压机压制成型;经脱模、烧结、冷却后得到密度较小、大小均匀的轻质砖。与传统粘土砖相比,本发明以铝灰为主要原料的轻质砖有着更低的密度与更高的强度,能有效降低建筑物的承重,并且由于其均匀的气孔结构,所以具有良好的保温隔音效果,因此在一定程度上取代粘土砖或普通轻质砖作为新型的建筑材料。
