The invention relates to road construction, in particular to a prefabricated temporary road. The prefabricated temporary road comprises a plurality of prefabricated blocks, the prefabricated blocks are rectangular, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the four corners of each prefabricated block, the groove walls of the grooves are conical, horizontal reserved steel plate hanging lugs extending outwards are arranged in the grooves, the reserved steel plate hanging lugs are located in the diagonal direction of the prefabricated blocks, connecting holes are formed in the reserved steel plate hanging lugs, and the four reserved steel plate hanging lugs are arranged in a stepped mode in height. The reserved steel plate hanging lugs of the adjacent prefabricated blocks are connected through connecting columns, and the connecting columns are provided with cap parts matched with the conicity of the grooves. The assembly connection is simple, the construction efficiency is high, the road strength is high, and the cost is low.
