Tailing pond water recycling system
The invention discloses a tailing pond water recycling system which is characterized in that a plurality of groups of drainage towers are arranged in a tailing pond, a first-stage settling tank is arranged at the lower part of each drainage tower, the first-stage settling tanks are connected with a second-stage settling tank, and the second-stage settling tank is connected with a bottom settling tank through a plurality of third-stage settling tanks; the bottom settling tank is connected with the stilling tank, and the stilling tank is connected with the production workshop through the circulating pump; the altitudes of the first-stage settling tank, the second-stage settling tank, the third-stage settling tank and the bottom settling tank are gradually reduced; and a generator set is arranged at the water inlet end of the bottom settling tank. The system has the advantages that tailing water is discharged through the drainage tower, on one hand, sludge can be prevented from entering the pipeline, pipeline blockage is prevented, and on the other hand, the drainage height can be adjusted; the generator set is introduced, so that potential energy generated when the tailing water is discharged is fully utilized, and energy can be saved.
本发明公开一种尾矿库水循环利用系统,所述尾矿库内设置多组排水塔,所述排水塔下部设置一级沉降槽,所述一级沉降槽与二级沉降槽连接,二级沉降槽通过多个三级沉降槽与底部沉降槽连接;底部沉降槽与消力槽连接,消力槽通过循环泵与生产车间连接;所述一级沉降槽、二级沉降槽、三级沉降槽、底部沉降槽的海拔高度逐渐降低;在底部沉降槽的进水口端设置发电机组。本发明的优点是:尾矿水利用排水塔排出,一方面能够防止淤泥进入管道,防止管道堵塞,另一方面,可调整排水高度;发电机组的引入,充分利用了尾矿水排出时的势能,可节约能源。
