The invention provides a special diverter for a turnout switch part and a guard rail part, which comprises an adjusting assembly and a locking assembly, the adjusting assembly comprises a connecting ring and a telescopic screw penetrating through the connecting ring, and the telescopic screw comprises a first threaded rod and a second threaded rod positioned on two sides of the connecting ring; the first threaded rod is sequentially sleeved with a buffer gasket, a first protection gasket, a sleeve and an adjusting nut in the direction away from the connecting circular ring. The second threaded rod is sequentially sleeved with a second protection gasket and a fixing nut in the direction away from the connecting circular ring. The locking assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are symmetrically arranged on the connecting ring, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected to the connecting ring in a V shape, and the ends, away from the connecting ring, of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected with a first straight rod and a second straight rod correspondingly. And a first lug claw and a second lug claw are respectively mounted on the first straight rod and the second straight rod.
